Practical Information:
1) MORNING RUN
Start your day energized! Join the fun Morning Run in San Diego:
- Tuesday & Wednesday, 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM
Meet at Shell Station – 2521 Pacific Hwy, San Diego, CA 92101, USA
Join in order to collect the Official INTERPOL Runners T-shirt (limited quantities available) – First come – first serve!
No registration needed, just meet up at the Shell station.
2) LOCATIONS & SCHEDULE
Tuesday & Wednesday, September 9–10th
Port of San Diego – Cruise Ship Terminal
1140 North Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA 92101
Pay and park: Just outside of the Cruise Terminal there is available parking. No onsite parking is available in the exercise area.
Connectivity: Please be aware that mobile coverage at the venue is limited, and no dedicated internet service will be provided during the conference. We recommend planning accordingly if you require online access.

- Opening hours:Doors open at 7:00 AM – Program starts 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM each day
- In addition night operation:Wednesday, September 10 at Cruise Terminal, 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Please note that transportation is not provided to the Skydive facility.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel. For Skydive San Diego, parking is limited – we strongly encourage carpooling or using Uber/Lyft.
As you all are aware of, the timetable for the exercise may change due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control. So we encourage you to be patient and when you look closer at the agenda, pls be aware that this is the current plan for the exercise.
3) CHECK-IN & ID
All participants must check in every day (Tuesday–Thursday) to qualify for no-show fee reimbursement. If you have paid the no-show fee and do not check in all days of the exercise the no-show fee will not be refunded.
Valid photo ID is required at check-in for security reasons, attendee badge must be worn visible when you are at the exercise area. Non authorized people will not be given access to the exercise area.
⚠️ Please note: Tickets are non-transferable. Photo ID must match the ticket holder’s name.
You will receive your badge on the first day of the conference. You will need to wear this at all times at the venue on all days.
4) NOT ATTENDING ALL DAYS?
If you already know that you will not attend all days of the conference, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance which days you will be absent. This information is important for the production team to plan resources and logistics effectively.

5) EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS
We are offering educational sessions with a CUAS focus during the conference:

Participation requires separate registration, and seats are limited – first come, first served. Session speakers will be announced closer to the conference.
You will be notified when your reservation has been confirmed.
6) FOOD & BEVERAGES
Coffee, snacks, donuts, fruit, lunch, water, and soft drinks will be provided daily. Lunch will be provided from 12:00 – 13:00 everyday to registered attendees.

LUNCH: Original Chick-fil-a Chicken sandwich, waffle potato chips and cookie.

LUNCH: Taco – Chicken, beef and bean with cheese (for vegetarian option).

LUNCH: Chick-fil-a Chicken tenders, waffle potato chips and cookie.

7) PHOTO & VIDEO POLICY
An official after movie will be produced and shared after the event and official USBP/organizer media team will secure footage from the exercise.
In general there is restrictions for photo/film during the exercise and we advice you to not take any images of any attendees without their permission.
If you wish to take any footage of any of the exhibitors CUAS equipment during the exercise, pls do not include close up of any monitor / screens without the permission of the exhibitor.
