About The Arctic Drone Event
One of the objectives of this conference is to focus on the fact that you, as one of the leading experts in your field in the droneindustry, truly can make a difference by attending and sharing your knowledge with other experts in a group session, which will be streamed to the rest of the world.
The primary goal is to enhance the focus on the role of drones in logistics the safe and sustainable way, and inspire the world to get involved and become aware of the drone technology and its enormous opportunities. The location of Svalbard, Norway, with its Arctic, wild and exotic nature, hope to attract a great number of people within the drone community.

Hotel/Apartment
Svalbard has a very limited numbers of hotels and therefore also a limited number of rooms available. We encourage you to share room with a colleague so we can have as many attendees as possible for the conference. Rooms are limited so pls share if possible.
Flights
Flight is not included. Pls book flight as early as possible. We recommend that you arrive on Monday 6th September, as the event starts 7th September at 9am. Conference ends on Wednesday 8th September at 16:00. Pls make your return flight for Thursday 9th of September. We recommend flying with SAS to/from Spitzbergen. Pls ensure that you have a valid passport when travelling to Spitzbergen.
