Dear IDICE2025 Participant,

We are pleased to welcome you to the upcoming IDICE2025 INTERPOL Exercise in Sevilla, Spain, taking place from Monday 12 May to Wednesday 14 May 2025.

Practical Information: 

1) MORNING RUN: Every day of the conference there is a social gathering in the morning. Bring your running shoes and join us for 1 hour slow pace running while enjoying the beautiful view of downtown Sevilla. Meet outside Silken Al-Andalus Palace (official hotel for the exercise).

 

2) TRANSPORT TO/FROM EXERCISE: On Monday / Tuesday there is official bus transport that you can take advantage of to/from Silken Al-Andalus Place and to Galio Puerto. Please be aware that on Wednesday when conference ends there is no official transport as most attendees have independent travel plan for further travel. The bus leaves at hotel 07:45.

 

3) PARKING AT GALIA PUERTO: There is no public parking available at Galio Puerto. Please take UBER/Taxi if you do not use bus shuttle.

 

4) UPDATE OF PROGRAM MAY HAPPEN: Below you will find the current program. This may be updated. 

 

5) DELIVERY OF YOUR BADGE: Avoid the line ? At Silken Al-Andalus Palace UAS Norway team will give the attendees your badge between 17:00 – 19:00. Attendees must present valid ID to receive their badge. If you do not pick up your badge on Sunday 11th of May you have to pick it your badge when you enter the exercise area.

 

6) MANDATORY CHECK IN EVERY DAY = REFUND OF NO SHOW FEE: Some of the attendees have paid the no-show fee of US200. To claim this back you will have to check-in at the exercise on all three days of the exercise. If you fail to register on each day of the exercise the no-show fee will not be reimbursed.

 

7) SOCIAL GATHERING MONDAY: There is no official dinner on Monday, however we will recommend a restaurant to socialize for those attendees who would like to meet after the official program is over. Info will be provided in a separate email closer to the exercise.

 

8) PHOTO / FILM DURING THE EXERCISE: There is a general photo/film restriction during the event for footage that contains other attendees and CUAS systems. However the production team will take photo/film for our mediateam who will make the after-movie. No attendees will be taken photos/film of without consent.

 

9) LUNCH & DRINKS: A complimentary lunch / snacks / drinks will be provided to all attendees registered. Please note that if you have special allergies we recommend that you make your own arrangements as we can not guarantee special diets / requests for menu for the events.

 

10)  ADDRESS FOR THE VENUE: The venue for the exercise is: C. José Delgado Brackenbury, 11, 41011 Sevilla, Spania

 

11) DRESS CODE: Dress comfortable and for the occasion. Use uniform if possible to easily identify your representation and agency.  

 

12) HELPDESK DURING EXERCISE: You can always reach our Helpdesk during the exercise. The INFO will be at the ground floor, contacts for our team will be provided to you once you receive your badge. Until we see you in Sevilla pls use event@uasnorway.no as your point of contact for enquires regarding the exercise.
